Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

All In (@apclaus) reported@xplore_ca Hands down, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With other options unavailable, I had to put up with paying for 25 MB/S service but only receiving 3 MB/S and almost no upload speed. I wasted hours on the phone with them…they don’t care. 💸💸

Josh Ciemitis (@JoshCiemitis) reported@xplore_ca Internet has been down in many areas for about 21 hours, checked with a couple websites that also confirmed it. I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported@Cory_Boehm No. Xplornet was just PR exercise with Xplornet never having intention to invest and develop a large network from scratch. (in fact, the real Xplornet spun that business off and it is now shutting own).

Kel.Ehh (@KelllEhhh) reported@xplore_ca have you any updates for your outage? We were told last night at 8:30pm EST that crews were dispatched and should only take 3 hours... It's been 11 hours since then and still no updates or service.
