  @BaldurBarons @Xplornet @SucksXplornet By the time it came back on I was still on hold 🙄 I feel bad for the people I told this was good internet back in the Netset days.

  Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

  Just on the phone with @Xplornet for 2.5 hours and received the WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time from a supposed supervisor. It's an awful service that never works but they have no competition so guess we're stuck 🙃 You win, @Xplornet! Have a nice day!

  @m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I have had xplornet for years and not once have I had a issue. Do you have trees in the way?. As those will casue issues as for LTE it's line of sight.

  Using xplornet to get school work done is one of the most stressful ******* things ever. Had i started my quiz an hour later, i would have been ****** with it just randomly shutting down for at least an hour.

  @Ansovald @Xplornet My issue is that they sell a service advertised as 25mbps but have never once provided that speed at a time of day that I would be awake to use it. It "works" in that I have a connection, but it doesn't live up to their advertising. "up to" notwithstanding.

  @Ansovald @Xplornet My latest speedtest was 3mbps down. I'm not home to run another using that website, but my Google WiFi is reporting 0/0. Screenshots incoming...
