    @BaldurBarons @Xplornet @SucksXplornet By the time it came back on I was still on hold 🙄 I feel bad for the people I told this was good internet back in the Netset days.

    @darrell88384848 @jayDouc3tt3 @BambinoJalapeno My only options for internet here are xplornet and Starlink , or hotspot my phone which would would require a cell booster because the cell signal is non existent.

    Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

    after years of horrible reviews that continue to grow to this day, how can you still look at yourself and call your company the best rural internet service in canada @Xplornet you have consistently provided canada with the worst internet speeds of all time and continue to do so.

    Finally free from @Xplornet, and with wonderful timing, another option finally came to my area. A new provider, CCI Wireless, began installing towers around Alberta and provided a far, far better service. They even seemed to actually care about customer support.

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @FT_Networks Another great small internet company being eaten up by xplornet. Really too bad as full throttle had great customer service and a great product. Seems like everything xplornet touches turns into a nightmare

    @HoneycutRa @Xplornet Lol, I feel for you on that one. By every coverage map out there, I should have perfectly good service. In reality, being just over the crest of a valley edge/hill, I'm in a hole from even a tower that's just over a mile away. I have to stand on the shop roof to send a text...

    @Xplornet Just checked, it's back up now . It was 3 days of no service! And no one when I called knew or give any eta of when was going be restored.
