About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isnโt the best but Iโm finally paying for the speeds I get.

Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
