@Xplornet You’re late for April Fools @Xplornet, how about providing the service that you’re billing folks for!! Almost wish I had my 28k dial up modem, think that would give me better connectivity!!

@Xplornet is a terrible company. They are horrible to deal with. Their internet tower has been out for over a wk with another wk estimated outage. No communication, no offer of rebate. The service contractor was on hold with them for an hr and still nothing was resolved

Guys @cogeco customer service slaps the absolute **** out of @Xplornet. Like xplornet used to make me want to puke and roll in it they were so difficult, cogeco ??? Damn they good

@Xplornet Monthly!? I dont understand what the problem is with that? I need internet for other things I'm not the only one using 500+gb and it's a family of six. It's also Unlimited for a reason so why bother talking about the amount of data we've used. The guy also end called 1 mins later

@Xplornet Both your contractors and customers get screwed over and lied to. It wouldn’t have been that hard to warn people of a scheduled outage that was set to last weeks. That would have shown some respect for your customers

@Xplornet I've had no internet for 4 days. All I can do is phone your tech support in India who tell me "It will be fixed soon". Very unhappy.

@Michell25471779 Actually I was looking for wireless. I tried to get Xplornet at my cabin; installer came, went all over the property trying to get a strong enough signal and finally had to give up. Waiting on Starlink -- whenever they active this area!
