    @Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

    More horrible service by @Xplornet. Each time I call I get a different answer. Internet download speeds of less than 1Mbps (we pay for 30). Open work order assigned to the tech who was problematic last time (and still hasn't called). This is NOT customer service.

    @Xplornet my problems started when your garbage monopoly bought out the only valid competition and forced me to return to being your customer. And yes I have shared that opinion with the people who want you to mis manage the unused firberoptics 5 km from my house.

    So @xplornet called me with a "solution," are you ready to hear it? They can't give me access to the internet 24/7, or an upload speed of more than .879 MB per second (when it does work), but they're giving me a small credit on my bill for the next three months. 🤨

    it seems to me that @Xplornet should be giving credits for rainy days, since they KNOW their satellite systems are doomed to fail. @SucksXplornet Tell me again why the #nb govt subsidizes this garbage that still charges a hundred bucks a month for crap service? #nbpoli #cdnpoli

    @Xplornet shouldn’t your horrific service be getting better since everyone is bailing for @SpaceXStarlink? I can’t even believe I pay you for whatever this is that your providing because it sure as heck isn’t internet service. Can’t wait until I get that email to switch providers

    @agrifleming @Xplornet We were ok till about 2 weeks ago. Upload speed doubled, but download speed totally dropped. I've talked to three tech supports and told three different answers. Latency apparently is a problem and someone was suppose to call last week to come out...still waiting...
