Haven’t been able to play because my wifi is cutting out for 10 seconds every 10 mins and it’s quite annoying. @Xplornet said they’ve been working on it since Thursday, To bad it’s the only provider in my area 😢🥺

@IanMcPHE7T2 @Xplornet I had the same thing. @Xplornet's loyalty agent spoke over me several times once I was finally connected. Told me to put in a service call to remove their equipment. I am so glad to be rid of them. Truly a terrible service capitalizing on a lack of competition in rural places

@Sunny94FM @Xplornet Here’s a reason why not. Another company offered fibe internet in our area. Higher speeds and cheaper than my Xplornet LTE contract. When I contacted xplornet to cancel they said I have to pay to have their equipment removed from our brick chimney or we could just leave it Brutal

for abt $15 /mo more far superior service Total init bill $922 includes 1st month's service fee extra outlay is only $764 all freight & taxes in @Xplornet is simply causing me to waste my $25 / TSN subscription fee anyway so switching looks better all the time.

@Xplornet you can bet I ordered my Starlink and can't wait to drop your dogshit fraud service. Making us pay 120$/m for 25GB plus another 40$ so we can use the phone because you're illegally throttling VOiP applications to further shake us down. **** you.

@Xplornet Any insight into pensioner having to pay to have your equipment removed because fibe cable came to our area? Including having to go on the roof? Non-recoverable? Yes is! We have been customer for years and still are at our cottage (satellite) This is “loyalty”?

@Xplornet why did I have to find out about a service outage by calling in to tech support? People rely on home internet for work and school. An email alerting customers of this outage would have been the least you could do.

@Xplornet service it out again, making it impossible for someone who works online. Terrible, over-priced service. And of course, can't get through to customer service. Time to switch companies. Today. We're done.

@PierrePoilievre I agree. CRTC fails Canadians. My slow internet bill cost more than my monthly electricity bill. @Xplornet @CRTCHearings

@Xplornet I am literally 3 feet away from my internet router, and I can’t play my own music from Spotify. I’m done paying $149 a month man. You are overloading customers on to P2P towers without acknowledging the data it takes. Either fix it, or I’ll covince thousands to switch.
