@MaloneOCSB Currently in the same boat :/ I've been working from home for most of this pandemic, and we reached 90% today and it's only the 18th. We'll be maxed out by the end of the week and will be out of luck until February. Xplornet Satellite is our only option and it's horrible.

There’s nothing I love more than our ridiculously slow rural internet service not working at all when I’m working from home and have big meetings coming up. I’ve been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting to talk to customer support... @Xplornet #RuralNewBrunswickDeservesBetter

@Xplornet the internet you are offering is truly awful.... the past little while I have been getting 0.3 mbps between 830 and 11 pm . I understand that its peak time but this is crazy what the hell am I paying for? We should be refunded for the poor service honestly!

@Xplornet My wifi has been terrible lately, I can’t wait till starlink comes out, would rather pay $130 a month with speeds of 150mb down and 50 up with 20-40 ping instead of $110 a month for 2mb down and 2mb up and 80+ ping ive called support many times but there’s nothing they can do.
