@Xplornet fix your ******* **** dawg. Internet it’s out multiple times a week. Tower goes down all the time. Paying for something we don’t even get to use half the time smh

  • kinsellawarren Warren Kinsella (@kinsellawarren) reported

Trying to cancel @xplornet service, which has never worked. They insisted I phone, not write. As soon as I said I wished to cancel for non-performance, they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. @xplornetretweet

  • nielsernest Ernest (@nielsernest) reported

@Xplornet Tried that several times already. Same pathetic excuse each time: too much network congestion. Don't sell more subscriptions than you can handle. #xplornet #poorservice

  • Irngutaq2 Gordy Kidlapik ❄️E1-644 (@Irngutaq2) reported

@JoshE3866 @NunavutWatch That was weird eh? No cell service after getting used to it and losing contact to family, luckily we have Xplornet.

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet @lammy9661 You seem to love to review accounts. My service has been out - completely - for over 4 weeks now and I can't get any updates other than the same "we are investigating" that I heard day one.

  • BlueSerenity15 Kaz 🇨🇦 (@BlueSerenity15) reported

So, @Xplornet has once again decided to shut down the network during daytime hours. They don’t consider those of us who work from home. What about our lost wages or reimburse users for loss of service for the day? Most providers do their service overnight. I emailed & no reply🤬

@Xplornet Any plans on upgrading services in prairie provinces? Speeds are painfully slow at peak times

  • _lukemunro Luke Munro (@_lukemunro) reported

@Xplornet @Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

  • SONIC_DOT_EXE ŞØŅÎČ.ĘXÊ (@SONIC_DOT_EXE) reported

If you live in Canada and are moving and there's only one choice for a wifi provider called Xplornet don't get it. I've had it for a year and they promise good service (which is a ******* lie) DO NOT GET IT. It is very slow and if there is more than one thing on it goes ******.
