    @Greater_Napanee We live on Hwy 2 by Morvin we have Xplornet it sucks rarely do we have internet at night and a lot of days it’s in and out we sure will be glad if they bring the fibre optics out this way at least we will be paying for something that works Xplornet sucks for reliability for 4$$$

    @B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Happened to us a few years ago, no internet for three weeks, repeated service calls. Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.

    @Xplornet has the WORST INTERNET holy crap, every night my speed goes to a crawl at 9pm till 2am THE ******* WORST

    @Xplornet your customer service is a joke… 2+ hours on hold and counting… 5 transfers and no one has actually been the correct department to help me!

    Why is it always a 45 minute phone call to get xplornet internet working. I just wanna call say fix it and hang up.

    @Piccia @Xplornet To be fair, we are on a wireless system, and it isn't always this slow, but we would kill for 600mbps. I can't even imagine how fast that must be. Like blinky-fast!
