Cheryl clarke (@Cherylc08849002) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario@Greater_Napanee We live on Hwy 2 by Morvin we have Xplornet it sucks rarely do we have internet at night and a lot of days it’s in and out we sure will be glad if they bring the fibre optics out this way at least we will be paying for something that works Xplornet sucks for reliability for 4$$$

Was told that all they can see is the same report that has been up for 3 months about a tower they are working on. Said he couldnt do anything just try repowering. Glad i am now paying more!!

That makes no sense. Paying $100 a month for this? Why not supply costumers with proper working equipment, and when there's an issue send someone to fix it

Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years.What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.
