Our xplornet LTE internet is down again. I'm warming to my husband's idea of dropping $800 to get starlink hooked up. I'd have to revamp some budgeting but at least we'd have what we pay for.

@Xplornet i‘m completely disgusted with your service lately, had more down then up time the past cpl weeks & I‘m so tired of going over the same trouble shooting steps when i call... obviously it’s not helping! such a waste of $150 a month plus the wages ive lost cause of it

@Xplornet @moseleywilliams You steel from hard working people with your garbage internet! We only get half the speed that we are supposed to, absolute garbage! I’m getting up on my roof this spring with an angle grinder, and cutting that ******* dish off of my roof, and posting the video!!

@CBCNews @NicoleatCBC Summer 2020: Dial-up Internet stopped working without any notice at Nova Scotia & after a season, I was forced to install slow Xplornet satellite dish upon my roof to access online monthly banking to maintain my Utilities at great monthly cost to this widowed Canuck grandfather.

@Xplornet @Fernbankfolk Yeah, if you call them, they'll provide detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment to fix their problem for the next 2 1/2 minutes.
