@Xplornet Hey **** heads wanna stop taking pictures and fix ur garbage services?? No? K **** u guys

  • EJGames4 Necrow (@EJGames4) reported

@Xplornet Just to mention the service guy that came out here used the same speed test, and the installer used it too. We got a new wifi modem and it still was trash.

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@Xplornet wait its not?? Its working fine on your end??? Wow odd cuz sure as **** isn't for me

  • FeministHousew1 I'd_Rather_Be_Baked (@FeministHousew1) reported

@Xplornet So Xplornet claims to have fast reliable internet. Yet it's all dependant upon things that are out of the companies control? That makes no sense. Paying $100 a month for this? Why not supply costumers with proper working equipment, and when there's an issue send someone to fix it

  • Smoore1973 Sean Moore (@Smoore1973) reported

@jupia It’s interesting but from what I’ve read of reviews re: Xplornet in NB, there maybe a large gap between “available” on paper and customer experience. I have no data, just anecdotal…but it’s loud.

  • FieldTalk James Ferrier (@FieldTalk) reported

Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet I’m not ******* going to dm you because you just gonna say the same ****. “There is no problem with your internet”. Like stfu and fix it. Y’all should be scared of going out of business in the next few years

  • jpete2424 Justin Lystiuk (@jpete2424) reported

@MobileSyrup My starlink service is incredible! Beats Bell and Xplornet by miles. I honestly can't believe Bibic made this outlandish claim

  • AngusGillingham Angus Gillingham (@AngusGillingham) reported

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

  • EJGames4 Necrow (@EJGames4) reported

@Xplornet I have called Multiple times and nothing ever changes. Yall say we have perfect signal but I had to go on my data to tweet this.
