@Xplornet No troubleshooting required. Your satellite service is overloaded and useless in its present state. Because it is a single satellite, upgrading capacity is next to impossible. Don’t waste your money folks.

@sharonhoyes @Xplornet Xplornet called me a couple of months ago and said they were going to do a ‘preemptive’ fix as the noticed my internet was slow. They came out, it got worse, then they told me my warranty was up and would have to pay for future visits. 😳

@lara_stovern what do you use for Internet? I have Xplornet at camp but it is almost not usable during the summer months and most evenings. Texts barely go through. Some neighbours are getting Starlink but would be an issue for me during the winter because we are on solar.
