What a pathetic joke of a company $100 a month and the only time it works is at 5am, no matter how many times you call the problem is never fixed. At least dial up internet was reliable, probably faster most of the time

Charles (@Charles96209000) reported@Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631

Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported@Xplornet There is no troubleshooting required. You throttle my internet every day if I am trying to download something. Works perfect in the middle of the ******* night or early morning. Just admit your piece of **** system can’t handle the traffic.
