meantime I am having drinks with my neighbour, both of us 2 wks past the 2nd dose and I ask him about his connection. He is an @Xplornet customer. He's had problems all week and he was told by CSR that there were problems with @Xplornet equipment at Wellington water tower. /6

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

@RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella people complain too much xplornet or bell would never apologize in the manner Rogers has xplornet would give me less than 5down on a daily basis everyday during peek times it would sometimes go down to kbps

@TELUS has the worst service available. Crappy Xplornet looks like a dream compared to the bandwidth that has been oversold to the point that cellular doesn't work. Tin cans & string would work as well to contact my family. @TELUSsupport says they won't care til competition hits!
