@MFibrillations Let me tell you about Xplornet. Xplornet wifi is the closest thing you can get to hellish wifi. Once I tried to open my email but because of the ****** service it took over 7 hours for my email to open.

@divinebovine1 Xplornet. Been there and done that. Worst experience ever. Had to get a lawyer cause they kept charging my credit card. They didnt make it easy

@Xplornet We attempted to contact you via email yesterday and were sent a troubleshooting guide. It did not help. After some googling, we figured it out on our own (it was the router). I am still unhappy with this service (not directed at the innocent social media person ofc).

@Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?
