    @VoosieVooters @Xplornet Yah its our fault they changed the tower…service and @xplornet seem to run about as fast as there up to 5 MB 😜

    My experience @Xplornet hey we are doing complimentary service call to realign internet service was working fine, then they leave us with no internet, call tech support 1.5 hours later you need new antenna…why? & how much? they dont know & why it worked fine till you came out!

    @MartinBowRiver @NewtAedes Can you check into anything you and CP can do to delay xplornet's planned demobilization of internet service into the NWT please? It will be a huge disadvantage to northern development. Thanks

    @Xplornet can someone explain why a house with no service for 3 yrs still gets charged every month, and then you will not credit the time back? #poor service # wouldnotreccomend

    I am so ridiculously fed up with rural internet. Can't even do basic **** half the time because xplornet can't handle streaming ******* video if it's even functioning to begin with.

    @Xplornet your customer service agent refuses to escalate my call on a known internet problem going on for months at my parents place. How can I get appropriate service. Looks like better business bureau has a lot of activity.

    @Xplornet Don’t buy Xplornet - they cannot deliver and throttle your speed. Very poor service!!

    @Xplornet With no accountability to your customers. You do suck. Your up to 5mb 10mb 50mb etc with no guarantee minimum. I had many problems with your system. Oversold towers is not a problem with people flocking to Starlink now is it?
