@Xplornet official complaint registered with CCTS. Xplornet has failed to uphold contract details outlining supplied services. Enjoy.

@bologna_eater79 If it make you feel any better, in the 4 years I've been with Xplornet, I have never gotten higher than 2mb download speeds

@DrTed77 @StephenPunwasi Xplornet is not Canadian. They are owned by Stonepeak, which is a US investment firm. Also, Xplornet is trash. I'm lucky if I can even use Twitter, my kids can't use it for school and I can't work from home. No amount of "support" has ever fixed it.

  • Ram_mcdougle Ramu_mcdougle (@Ram_mcdougle) reported

Xplornet cant even support over 600KBs but its my only choice I have until starlink is here....Daddy Elon Musk give me the starlink suckies. LOL

  • dharmachef Dharmachef (@dharmachef) reported

@Xplornet Please, please fix Xplornet satellite. Unusable again! We have been with Xplornet for over 10 yrs and it gets worse and worse!! NEVER get the speed we pay for. Nothing wrong with our system. You have a monopoly that is oversubscribed.

  • IainReid10 Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported

In the past I posted negative tweets about my @Xplornet service. Last Saturday night we had an @Xplornet outage. After the outage (which happened at midnight so no major impact) my download speed has been restored! I waited until today to be sure it stayed this way. (1/2)

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet It was **** for three days. Got the messages every day about maintenance. Not just briefly. Did a speed test this morning. Barely getting 20 mbps. Good thing I am paying $125 a month for 50 mbps. Can’t wait for Starlink.

  • ze1ium zelium (@ze1ium) reported

@Xplornet Internet has been down or unusable going on 2 weeks. Support has done nothing. Thanks xplornet!

  • ze1ium zelium (@ze1ium) reported

@Xplornet you are by far the most **** isp and the fact that you have not been taken down for selling literal dial up at ******* extra-premium prices during a global pandemic is criminal. I hope you crash and burn. "Oh im sorry that you're having connection issues" **** off.
