    @Alethea_Aggiuq @sijjakkut They've never been huge but to their credit Nwtel, Bell and even Xplornet have all rebated us over the years. It's never been huge but on occasion it has been a couple hundred bucks or more depending on the severity of the complaint. Patience and persistence is usually needed.

    @SucksXplornet If I ever do get mail from Xplornet it’s likely something very suspicious 😒 but then I just have to not tell anyone so I don’t lose my iPhone 📱 and let my parents deal with and take care of their own issues just like I take care of mine

    @SucksXplornet @CRTCeng Xplornet is the worst Internet in Canada 🇨🇦 while Bell has the best Internet in Canada 🇨🇦 and they are both rural Internet Providers

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    Our new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.

    I just saw a post from @DLeBlancNB about bringing reliable rural internet. Unfortunately @Xplornet is NOT a provider of reliable service. I have business service and it is down every couple of days.

    @SucksXplornet @Google Xplornet does actually have 5G Internet already but it’s not really that great 👍 and all they do is try to bypass all the @Google Service that you get with 4G and it messes with your Internet and you shouldn’t use the service at all and they use fake content from @Google

    @ilonagrace_ @Xplornet same for us, no signal at all! ... don’t bother to phone to complain, as they just don’t bother to answer!
