I worked for years as a Cust Svc Rep in a call center. I'm not sure I've ever heard of customer service as poor as we've received from @Xplornet. If you still feel we are not worth your time, I will be calling on Wednesday to end our relationship. Thank you. Have a good day
@elonmusk yo can you buy @Xplornet so you can make them good😔there such a bad internet company
@Real_McMunchie @Xplornet Xplornet is the problem. Crooks. They'll be gone soon; Starlink will have Xplornet out of business within the year.
Every time I get a notification that my cameras have detected motion, it's because they're coming back on from being offline. The motion they're detecting is the auto-level leveling off. Thanks @Xplornet for being truly awful. You're the best at being the worst.
@cybera @Xplornet Too bad the existing ones continue to be crap. Guessing the new ones will do the same.
Xplornet says I can have a 3 mth discount if I talk to tech support. Tech support says I have good line of sight and have to pay $125 to have someone come over. @Xplornet
@MaizeingPete @Xplornet It’s never been that low. But I think I’ll be shooting
@AndrewMooreWPG @Xplornet how much does the beta currently drop connection? My package arrives tomorrow but I’m thinking I’m gonna wait another week to cancel with x-****-net.
@Travis3Eilers @Xplornet "We're very sorry to hear you complain about the terrible service we provide, please let us review how we're screwing you and we'll get back to you on DM where noone can see how bad it really is." -@Xplornet
@Xplornet Data caps are not nice during a lock down.
