Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

@Xplornet 200.8M in revenue & still terrible internet that works about 40-50% of the time, but you will happily charge us $$ of data that won't keep up! @StarlinkPage @elonmusk please hurry, rural SW Ontario customers need better Internet to perform normal daily activities!

xplornet customers , I have satellite and had no service on 27th and today May 1 really bad. Integrated solution guy never showed or called, some ticked. I just upgraded too. Area< I hr north of Edmonton 40 min. east of Westlock .

as I make the jump to starlink whenever they ship me the ******* **** I need, I'd like to remember all the good memories I've had with @xplornet 1. being completely unable to play any sort of game at all online with my friends that isn't turnbased
