It is 10:41 PM. I am tethered to my phone because my @Xplornet internet is to slow to load Twitter. I give up. @SpaceXStarlink save us from our current #ruralinternet. You could probably still make Christmas. 🙏

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

Dear @Xplornet All I want for Xmas is internet that isn’t throttled down every night.

  • vdavies65 Valerie Davies (@vdavies65) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Damn we could use this in town now. Over 32 people on our node during the day now. Used to be 3 or 4. Some days Internet is slooow. Cogeco needs to pay attention as well.

@Xplornet After months of crappy internet and many times NO internet they finally admitted to throttling our service!! ##xplornetsucks #worstcustomerservice the system is working as designed when we can’t get service apparently

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@therealcpr83 @Xplornet You know you're a terrible company when you search on Twitter and can't find a single person saying anything positive about you. I wonder what that makes @APLenehan feel like. I bet he doesn't care as long as we keep paying our bills. With Starlink coming, that's about to end..

  • Dubbloseven Dubbloseven (@Dubbloseven) reported

@xplornet stop throttling beyond what Canadian law allows & lying to customers/Canadians. Its not their router, infrastructure, customers PC, the tower, oversold network. Its deliberately being slowed, throttled& traffic management. Why sell more when u get away with selling less

  • sparklingxnacho matt | sparkling nach-ho ho ho (@sparklingxnacho) reported

hey guys just wanna let you all know that @Xplornet scams u. don't ever be a customer of them that is all :)

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet your network is a oversold pice of ****

  • shub84 ShuBanga (@shub84) reported

@Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Oh look, xplornet marketing team managed to find something else to point at, really putting in that holiday overtime. Xplornet is a terrible ISP.
