Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported from Brockton, OntarioStill unable to cancel @Xplornet 's "service". Couple months now. They will email me telling me to call them, and spam my voicemail with digital messages telling me to call. When you call these pricks, you are put on hold until you give up. Zero customer service whatsoever.

Brady (@Brady_Hockey13) reported@Xplornet @bluestockingetc Yes, the alternate option is pay a stupid price out of pocket for one of your workers to uninstall your absolute garbage internet
-
Sean Totally Fungible (@DarkElfLX) reported@bluestockingetc @EricMPaq @Xplornet of course: "Service charges may apply...." but it's probably cheaper than the $500 replacement fee.

mas (@thepooppack) reported@Xplornet be like we see you pay for 50 mbps plan but we’re going to keep u on the 10 mbps tower HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH ****** loser get ****** idiot

Dylan Brushett (@chefdills) reportedStill no update or any news as to why #Xplornet internet is down in Alberta. My last call (20 minutes ago) the tech said they were troubleshooting all yesterday with no luck. No ETA as they cannot find the problem. Just a heads up if anyone using the platform was wondering.

mas (@thepooppack) reportedgod i ******* love you freaks @xplornet why was it that i called you freaks and a white guy answered, the ************ was like sorry can’t do anything haha but as soon as i get an east indian they fix my internet in 2 seconds wtf is wrong with you
-
Dylan Brushett (@chefdills) reported@dchipp @Xplornet For real though, this is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten for ANYTHING! My mom who still lives in NL has Eastlink internet. I know that isn’t offered out here but the download speeds are around 150 mbps in her rural community and they always give ETAs for outages.
-
Tanya Dash (@TanyaMMDash) reported@Xplornet The internet has been down for way over 12 hrs! When I called no one would say why or give an eta on when it will be back up! 😡 #internetdown
-
Doubting Thomas (@lolsportz1) reported@Xplornet What about Albert? You guys have been down more than 12 hrs
-
Dave Ings (@dave_ings) reported@alexposadzki @mgeist @globeandmail Read it. Arguably Starlink's tech has obsoleted Xplornet, and so perhaps Xplornet is looking for an off ramp with Freedom. Main thing slowing down the obsolescence is Starlink's large order backlog (a sign of its popularity).
