  • ClarkHarrop Clark Harrop (@ClarkHarrop) reported

@Xplornet Your customer service support is the worst and you don’t even respect your customers enough to tweet a major outage. Shameful.

  • jaycanjay Jay (@jaycanjay) reported

@Slothii @Xplornet Same here. They are going to lose so many customers the moment starlink is available due to their terrible service. Have already signed up and waiting.

  • BillyPickles6 Billy Pickles (@BillyPickles6) reported

@Xplornet internet has been down in Wellington area since 4:00pm. See online more people in the same boat. No information on social media platforms /website in regards to the outage. Tried calling but call volume is so high automated system hangs up on me. @Xplornet any updates?

  • Lynnincanada Lynn (@Lynnincanada) reported

@Xplornet yet again another blackout on the service in Castleton area. You were doing so well. When will it be back on??

  • jaycanjay Jay (@jaycanjay) reported

@Xplornet a bunch of your customers are out of service and your phone lines are unavailable. How about a tweet to let your customers know? Starlink can’t come soon enough.

  • jaycanjay Jay (@jaycanjay) reported

@Xplornet Prepare to lose more than half your customers the moment starlink becomes available. Massive outage and not a single update or phone line available for hours. Not to mention we’ve had to restart our modem every single morning for the last month. Such a tone deaf company.

  • BlackwoodLucius LuciusBlackwood (@BlackwoodLucius) reported

@Xplornet what excuse do you have for your poor internet service today? Snowing somewhere? Too cold? Not cold enough? Breezy? Too calm? Too sunny? Too cloudy? I'm sure you'll come up with something.
