    @JaysGirlEmily I am in a rural area and use Xplornet. Service is good(ish). Can be intermittent at times.

    ...faster on Xplornet's 15MBs when I had NO neighbour's. I used to be a BellTech and I've never ever been so disheartened by a customer service reps inability to stay focused on helping solve my problem... and this was over chat so she had no pressure. I waited for 30 minutes!!!

    @CBC , your website sucks for people living in rural #NB suffering from @Xplornet satellite internet, or rather, the lack there of. They seem to lap up the subsidies, yet, never improve/expand service. #nbpoli #cdnpoli

    @SilbermanCBC actually you're pièce in @Xplornet should be with customers from across Canada because I can tell you being a customer in Manitoba, you shouldn't have to keep filing comaints with the CCTS about how beyond horrible this company is.

    @Mark_Goldberg @mgeist @NDP 3. XPlornet as well as the other big 3 have all received significant subsidies from taxpayers to support rural rollout.
