@Nick62289935 @Xplornet No surprise to me. How, though, are they allowed to continue to sell service that they are unable to provide?

@JustmeinNB @SucksXplornet It's not "no reason" ... you have the reason in the second half of your tweet there. Xplornet sucks, that *is* the reason!

For anyone considering #xplornet, be advised if you have an issue, they are ok with you being without service for a full month before they will send a tech out. @Xplornet @Xplornetsuppor1

@Xplornet @mikofox Just don't call them too often about not receiving what you are paying for...they will block your phone number to prevent you from calling them...and yet still tell you the only way to fix the issue is to call them...

Found out today that I can get fibre op internet. The catch is that because I'm with xplornet I either have to wait out another 11 months with garbage internet or shell out $25/month left on my contract.

@Ansovald @Xplornet My issue is that they sell a service advertised as 25mbps but have never once provided that speed at a time of day that I would be awake to use it. It "works" in that I have a connection, but it doesn't live up to their advertising. "up to" notwithstanding.

Using xplornet to get school work done is one of the most stressful ******* things ever. Had i started my quiz an hour later, i would have been ****** with it just randomly shutting down for at least an hour.

@sariegowie @Xplornet I am zero percent surprised. No empathy at all and just rotten service all around; it's appalling. We're looking into execulink as we speak, which my neighbor just told me she has so here's hoping 🤞

All these "we're building rural internet" posts are funny because they should have started 5 years ago to keep at least some pace with urban options. Instead, they gave money to Xplornet and they just bought up their competitors and turned them to ****.

@Xplornet I have a full moon I can show you if you want. It's got slightly more hair than this one though. If you don't want to see that I have a pair of middle fingers you deserve to see as well. Fix your network and stop posting this fluff.
