No. It's been there quite a while, and the high speed internet has worked without a problem through at least 3 Summer's worth of leaves. I have enough signal now to reply, but it takes a full minute to send. Videos won't load.

J Snow (@DrewPeacock705) reported@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

All In (@apclaus) reported@xplore_ca Hands down, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With other options unavailable, I had to put up with paying for 25 MB/S service but only receiving 3 MB/S and almost no upload speed. I wasted hours on the phone with them…they don’t care. 💸💸
