I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

Andrea Galante (@AndreaGal67) reported@altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.

Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.

Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
