@Xplornet "turn it off and wait 2 minutes and turn it on again" Is no help when your garbage rates as 0.00 Kbs on upload on speed detector. $80 a month for **** that doesn't work half the time is not good or reliable service and your company should be shut down and sued

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

Quitting fortnite no point in trying to do anything on this internet xplornet is so **** over 130$ a month for ****** Internet supposed to get 50/10 but just getting 10 download with 1 upload not much we can do where I live just stuck with this internet

If you are looking for internet stay away from @Xplornet we installed it last year at the cottage and had issues all last year. Guess what same issue again this year and they tell me I need to pay for extra coverage. Seasonal account hooked up two months ago and never worked
