@Xplornet Hello @Xplornet social media rep. Does asking someone to DM direct actually fix the problems with the tower? If it does I will, but I suspect it will just have me reset everything and we will be back here with no internet and me falling behind in work.

I have been working from home (rural area) since April 1, 2020 and today is the first day my internet has been down for an extended period of time. Honestly I’m kind of impressed Xplornet has been that good to me.

@VoosieVooters No actually! The account has been active for a couple years. I hear so many terrible stories about Xplornet so I’m surprised my service has been relatively flawless from them.

@Xplornet Looks like they're using zoom. Xplornet can't do zoom. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

@Xplornet We already have your services and pay for unlimited internet with a guaranteed speed - which it never reaches so internet services are weak and intermittent.
