Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631

Maybe you could attempt to actually serve your customers and help out with that? Might be asking too much of @APLenehan to give up some of that cash though.

Now our internet sucks. Been out more in last month than previous 8 or so years we have been with them. Stupid slow speeds also

Their webpage loads blazing fast when every other website times out, including Google. Burn in hell, you predatory piece of ****.
