@Xplornet So we had the up to 25mbps package and got speeds of 5 to 10 mbps on average. We never saw any faster than 12 I think. We have since upgraded to the 50mbps package and get 10 mbps. Its really pathetic, I have also been told that the speedtest is a lie by tech support.

@Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca 6.70 Mbps download 1.78 Mbps upload Latency: 27 ms Server: Toronto Your Internet connection is slow. This is about as good as it gets here. Evenings and weekends are terrible.

@NorthBelle4 I don’t like him and I’m conflicted because we have **** internet but apparently his Skynet is worth the exorbitant upfront fees vs. overpriced peasant offerings (*ahem* @Xplornet) So here we are, schmucks on the ******* waiting list...🙄

@Xplornet I would, but I would have to call every day, maybe even two or three times a day because the service is always this bad and your phone service is not much better.
