I'm not that rural! 🤬 10+ year customer just keep getting the run around, I just can't be bothered calling anymore.

I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?

Especially when the person on the other end yesterday (after 1.5hrs) tells us it's YOUR modem that failed and we have to pay to fix it!?

DingDongTheRatIsDead (@MIchelleP8844) reported@xplornet has now sent 3 emails rescheduling a service visit I called about a week ago. I never even got a call scheduling a first visit. Customer support would be a complete joke if I wasn't paying so much for this ****.
