@Xplornet This xplornet user says that xplornet and it's service deserves the term, "steaming pile of crap". Experience things like 2010 technology, little to no bandwidth, frequent outages, no customer care, tiny data caps, horrible twitter marketing, bigger bills with no upgrades, etc...

It's really rather sad that @SpaceX Starlink beta, even with outages, downtime and potential hardware issues is light years better than @Xplornet's LTE service. I was told "don't cancel your service until it's out of beta" but I didn't even hesitate as soon as my dishy arrived.

@Marcus24576385 @elonmusk @vincent13031925 Lots of cell phone providers give you a free or discounted cell phone. They make their money on the service. Same with ISP's. I paid nothing for my original satellite dish from Xplornet.

So @Xplornet I've been begging you for 3 years to get my service fixed! I'm paying over $100 each month for internet that works about 40% of the time and that's ONLY if I use an ethernet cable!! This is why people hate @Xplornet!!! #FixYourService #FuckingRipOff #XplornetSucks

@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????
