    @isabh352 @Xplornet I've tried so many times to be compensated for their terrible service. They know there's no other option in our area so they just dog us.

    And hopefully Starlink package gets delivered sooner than later so the next call to @xplornet is to cancel my service once and for all. Hopefully rest of you got service!

    Hi @Xplornet. Could someone please give an update on your outage? I’m relying on your service to do schoolwork. Currently without service for 2+ hours and your help line hung up on me after an hour on hold.

    Now I have to drive 4 hours to my cottage so that I can finish my zoom meetings all because my internet is out at home and @Xplornet doesn’t give a fk, SICK so happy I’m paying $120 a money for this service :)
