    Dear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

    @xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.

    @MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

    @xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    Rural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?
