So, I ask an honest question of @Xplornet - what are you doing to address your overburdened LTE service? Forget the corporate speak, subterfuge, key messaging & the oh so dreaded, “Please contact our customer support.”Instead, provide a true answer so we can decide to stay or go.

  • Dougcolby2 Doug.colby (@Dougcolby2) reported

@Xplornet in North bay area anyone else having an outage right now

  • truebusterflash busterflash (@truebusterflash) reported

@cdnbeer Just checking if it’s xplornet because they are terrible.

  • davinalytle Davina Lytle (@davinalytle) reported

@Xplornet I spoke to someone already. You said there are a lot of people working from home, & there aren't enough towers. I reminded you that issue wasn't going to change, & asked when more towers are going up, but all I got were excuses.

@Xplornet Sorry, my connection is down right now so I can't read that. Maybe you could fix your network instead of focusing on these distractions? That'd be nice, thanks.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet You forgot one. That's ok, I "got u fam". Q: Why do you suck so much? A: We have no idea how to run an ISP and really like money too much to fix what we've broken.

  • koopy Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario

I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

@uncultured It's the *one* thing I miss about living in the city. Xplornet is literally the worst ISP in the country, and they're my only option. Right now I'm testing at 2mbps with 350ms of latency. Last night I just didn't have internet at all! Anyhow, good luck with your 4k quest!

  • KT_Koop Katie Koopman (@KT_Koop) reported

Hey @Xplornet. Your upgrades in south @FrontenacCounty suck. We pay way too much a month for shite service. “Up to” 20Mbps? We get barely 2Mbps. 🤬

  • AndyBlizzard87 Andy Costa (@AndyBlizzard87) reported

@koopy Yeah it sucks out here. Managing to get 5Mbps tonight with Xplornet, was less than 1Mbps last night. Had WTC before but lost signal because of trees.
