🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

Ben Helleman (@BenHelleman) reported@Xplornet have you completed the work in the 613 Spencerville surrounding area from 2 days ago? The network has been very poor ever since. Cheers.

Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported@rantonstupidity I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

Brent Anderson (@BrentAnderson10) reported@LongReacher @Xplornet Welcome to the struggles of life with satellite internet during online learning. There a chance the weather is bad in Saskatchewan. Thats what I was told when I called once.
-
Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported@DougAlder When contracts to bring internet to rural areas were opened up, only one company applied, Xplornet, and their service is worse than Bell's.

Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported@Xplornet @DK27029598 Any suggestions on how to get an appointment for a tech to restore my internet that's been out since Dec 29? I call support but don't get a call from repair tech. Pathetic service. Do better or hand over to someone who can.
-
Keri-Anne Lawton (@manyra) reported@ChubbyChucks Yeah, I was not happy but I had little choice b/c xplornet couldn’t find a signal and I didn’t want another stupid satellite. Smarthub is based on cell tech. Super easy to set up.

Brodie Richmond (@BNRichmond) reported@xplornet couldn't have picked a worse time to shut down for maintenance. Everyone working from home and schools on remote learning this week. Maybe think about doing this after hours or wknd?

Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported@Xplornet @chriswtburke Any updates on the Thorpe tower near Odessa/Wilton ON? Out since December and can't get anything from support. They write tech requests that are then cancelled. I am beyond fed up.
