    @747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

    @GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

    @Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

    @jamesbergeron @Xplornet Man, I must be *lucky* then, and if I'm lucky I feel really bad for people with worse service than I'm currently getting. Last night we couldn't even watch TV. If my kids were to move to online school, they'd be screwed. This ain't right, at any rate.

    @Xplornet can you please fix your connection issues. My daughter can't even do her home schooling because my connection won't stay active for more than 15 minutes at a time. Your support said there's nothing they can do. Everything was fine up until Dec 21st. What happened?

    Been an @Xplornet satellite customer for 8 yrs. I cannot wait to drop you like a bad habit when @SpaceXStarlink becomes available!!!!!!!
