🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported@RCLranger @stan_sdcollins I'll have to call Bell again and see if we can get a signal. They haven't been in our area before, and Rogers didn't work for us, so we've been stuck with Xplornet.

Mamabear 🇨🇦 🏴 (@freshouttafacks) reported@ContrarianTribe I live in Ontario and Starlink is the only way I have internet. Our download speed was 0.5 with xplornet and Shaw. We couldn’t do online learning during covid. We got starlink and now 7 of us can stream, play online games and work at the same time with zero issue.

Brandon Murphy (@brandonmurph10) reported@xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam
-
Dean H. (@loopholefarms) reported@wheatiepete @Andrew_Dalgarno You know you are a garbage company when you have to rebrand. #xplornet
-
yup yup yup (@blueyblondy) reportedGoodbye, @xplore_ca. I'm so glad to be rid of your terrible product and service forever. Long live, #STARLINK @Starlink
-
Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

Allan Wilson (@uncleal13) reported@CoryBMorgan I had Xplornet, worked great for a few years, then it would bog down in the evenings as everyone in the area was streaming video. I switched to Statlink, works much better. Currently here in Saskatchewan in my village there are crews going through running the main fiberoptic lines and should have it to all the residences sometime in the summer. I'll be switching to the fibre when I can. I like Starlink, but I don't think it is sustainable, when it is up to full capacity, to continuously launch 3,000 satellites a year to maintain a fleet of 15,000. They are low earth orbit. Meaning each satellite can only stay in orbit about 5-7 years, then it comes down and burns up.

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Why ******** do i need to wait until 1AM to get good internet this is dumb as ****.

G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!
