    @Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING.

    Hey @Xplornet expect a phone call tomorrow to withdraw consent for you to charge my credit card any more money until you fix my completely broken connection. Every night this week it's been 100% unusable for at least two hours. It's been months of <2mbps. Fix it.

    @Xplornet the last week in Valhalla, Alberta area has been abysmal for connectivity. The connection gets dropped 2-3 times per hour and it is costing me work opportunities and affecting my ability to teach my students. Is there a tower down out here?

    @Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet
