@tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.

@Xplornet I know that my tower is getting upgraded and I’m more than happy with the people just doing their job by phoning me because they’re not the cause of my service being slow yes you’re upgrading and building more towers and you’re fixing your service but you deliberately

@Xplornet why oh why does my service keeping dropping. For two weeks now, stops and starts, drops off completely and have to power cycle it. It was good for so long and now...crap. It is extremely important to be online with kids at home!!! Be better.

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.
