@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet

Xplornet is a terrible commercial. If I was ever getting married (I'm not), and my mother couldn't be there, there's no ******* way I'm making her watch it from a computer screen.

I ABSOLUTELY loathe @Xplornet - I’ve been on hold for over a half hour trying to get them to remove my banking info from their files. It’s been over two months since I cancelled my service and they’re still charging me 😡 Worst customer service. Anyways, happy Monday.

@Xplornet how much longer for email to be down? You might want to share that info with your customers so they don’t waste time dealing with your terrible customer service!

@KetchesonDale @sheepfarmbecca @Xplornet We didn't have options until about one year ago or so. The other day I asked about unlimited data from Xplornet. If I got unlimited data, they would have to slow down my internet. That was the nail in the coffin.

@PowderHoundPup $144 CAD/monthly unlimited bandwidth, hardware was $700 CAD incl. Wifi Router. Plug n Play in 10min. Xplornet was $115/monthly for 10gb usage. Xplornet hardware had rental fees etc plus contract. No contract with Starlink, cancel anytime. Cost difference minimal :)

On September 14 2021 Xplornet Communications Inc objected to your complaint further to section 10.1 of the CCTS Procedural Code on the basis that in Xplornets view it was not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the customers complaint before it was brought to the CCTS"

@Mark_Goldberg @mgeist @NDP 3. XPlornet as well as the other big 3 have all received significant subsidies from taxpayers to support rural rollout.

I guess emailing and calling for over 2 years asking for this to be fixed wasn't enough time for Xplornet to resolve this issue. Well how about this, I'll pay the bill when the service works!!!!!

@lisamariewilton @TELUS @SpaceXStarlink There are many in this area patiently waiting to ditch xplornet and telus hubs for Starlink. Telus released a bunch of BS stating its government policy that limits the cell spectrum to rural customers. In other words they want federal and provincial funding to help them along.
