Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.

Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.
