Chris (Iron 4-2) (@LeafsBottleGang) reported from Calgary, AlbertaXplornet is a terrible commercial. If I was ever getting married (I'm not), and my mother couldn't be there, there's no ******* way I'm making her watch it from a computer screen.
-
Marci Girling McPeak (@mingo59) reported from Calgary, Alberta@ilonagrace_ @Xplornet same for us, no signal at all! ... don’t bother to phone to complain, as they just don’t bother to answer!
-
Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.
-
Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet

NotYetDone (@NotYetDone1) reported@theJagmeetSingh Xplornet.... Home of 480p on 1-2 devices, plus that 700+Ping. It's sad to see that my only option was (the Above) for a couple of years. We now got Access Internet in our town (which i still can't Access, due to Geo issues) it's getting better. Bless Starlink for Accessibility
-
Palliser Triangle Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported@BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)
-
Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.
-
Mason (@MasonXavCam) reported@Xplore_CA is terrible. Unreliable.
-
Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba@darrell88384848 @jayDouc3tt3 @BambinoJalapeno My only options for internet here are xplornet and Starlink , or hotspot my phone which would would require a cell booster because the cell signal is non existent.
-
far apart & close at heart (@lundhillbilly) reportedJust became a @SpaceXStarlink customer. Instead of the horribly slow wifi from xplornet, paying for 25 mb and actually only getting 10-15 on a good day, we now have 174+ mb. I don’t know what to say!! Get #Starlink!

Mikofox 🍁 (It's for your Safety! 🤮) (@mikofox) reported@xplore_ca @XploreBusiness @APLenehan Final Report: After 17 years with a #xplornet satellite dish, we cancelled our service yesterday [to billing month end] and were cut off last night, a day short of what I stated. Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedFibre optic internet will be available to me very soon. The lines are in. The problem? Bell. I don't want to deal with Bell. Xplornet - now called @xplore - has been our only reliable option for rural high speed for almost 10 years. Until now...

Moe G (@moegaultier) reported@xplore_ca Yeah right, and using rabbit ears and pots and pan to transmit from customer to customer…
