Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

Still so happy about a month into my @SpaceXStarlink service! Unhooked my Xplornet modem today and probably going to cancel in January. Expectations have been exceeded so far with the new service. Thanks @SpaceX for fixing a big issue!!!

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

@Synthon61 Yes, an unhappy Xplornet customer. Wireless connection to their tower. That's not the problem - they simply don't have enough bandwidth, especially in the late afternoon & evening, Who is your provider?

@Xplornet I ended up waiting 2.5hrs. The speed is still ongoing and is no where near where it should be. Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631
