@Xplornet is your Internet down in the Renfrew, Ontario region today or is it just me?

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Distributel And force @Xplornet to live up to their speed claims for those of us who have no choice but to use their expensive crappy service

  • ItsAroz Aroz🍥 (@ItsAroz) reported

@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

  • CanadianNic NicoleDee (@CanadianNic) reported

@Xplornet We have Xplornet and pay 126 per month for the SLOWEST service that always throttles (we are only out weekends and it ALWAYS says we are close to our max—-🙄.. everything always freezes and even pics won’t load. This is truly garbage service that some people are stuck with

  • Julie_foxy Julie (@Julie_foxy) reported

@MIchelleP8844 @Xplornet oh okay, I hope you're able to get a better service soon.

  • TyKehrig Ty Kehrig (@TyKehrig) reported

@Xplornet day 4 of no internet in the Tisdale area. Can not have an essential service down for this long

  • MarkC_Avgi Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported

@CanadianCheri Before you go any further with Xplornet, I suggest you join the Facebook Group “Explornet Rural Internet Enough is Enough” & read about the many problems people are having with them. If you would like more info on my issues, I will share. 2/2

  • DanNichols73 Dan Nichols (@DanNichols73) reported

1/2 @APLenehan finding you on Twitter is faster than through corporate office why is that?? You should be all over my issue today or one of your assistants at the very least. Because @XploreMobile and @Xplornet have no clue how to treat customers. I’ve been lied to and misled..

  • H4WKart H4wkArt✎- Fantasy, SciFi, & Pinups (@H4WKart) reported

@Xplornet Terrible customer service & horrible internet. Incredibly low speed. Dropped calls every 5 minutes and 13 MB image downloads take up to 30 min. Can't wait for StarLink to expand their service and switch. I've already pre paid for it.

  • wheelerreborn Wheelerreborn♿ (@wheelerreborn) reported

@reikokoyama79 @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet You try the telus hub internet or whatever they call it? My cousin has it at his acreage & his parents at the farm and they actually have less problems then I do with shaw high-speed in the city.
