@frankpolat @Xplornet You're fooling yourself if you think they had any planned maintenance. They haven't earned the title of worst ISP in Canada for nothing.
-
Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported
@Xplornet This sounds like a forced testimonial in order to get out of paying a cancelation fee. “Ok we’ll waive the fee, all you gotta do is leave a good review.” Because your service is absolute ****.

@Xplornet Was told by your not-technical support (an infant could be taught to say what they say) my internet speed, which had been between 30-50 Mbps, dropping to 2-5 Mbps was "within acceptable levels for my plan". A mostly happy customer for 4 years lost. #useless #fail #scam

@Xplornet I did with no resolution. Will be changing to another ISP. Your technical support sucks! #fail

Yes, I'm forced to watch broadcast television because my Internet is completely useless. Thanks @Xplornet. You're the worst. 2000 called, they want their ads back.

Since being moved from Vanscoy to Martensville tower on @Xplornet the overall service has been far worse. My Internet is basically offline from 6pm-midnight now. It sure would be nice to get the service that was advertised. I don't think "up to" includes not working at all.

More about accountability. I've never once seen @Xplornet admit how bad they are, so I call BS on that one. What are you accountable for? Retweeting feel good stories from Twitter and posting fake testimonials?

Hey @TELUSsupport our smart hub is down to a snails pace, I thought you didn’t over sell the towers? I’m having @Xplornet flashbacks in dewinton! (I’ve restarted already) please fix!

This connection is not fit for purpose and it should be illegal for Xplornet to even offer it. They've been falsely advertising this service as high speed unlimited LTE Internet. @APLenehan should be ashamed of himself and his company, and anyone associated should as well.

I think the @Xplornet Twitter has been hacked. They haven't posted anything about fixing their awful network in a while. It's all retweets of completely unrelated things and a contest for a crappy tablet. Nice distractions. Does @APLenehan hand pick what to retweet?
