@Xplornet Too little, too late. Your technology is outdated. I hope you have some new tech coming to compete with Starlink. The high ping and poor connection quality is not up to the 2021 standard.

@Xplornet Not happy with the service these last days. Was told issues would be fixed by this morning here in SK, Yorkton area. Still had to power cycle my modem and router twice so far in the last 20 minutes. I don't recommend Xplornet unless one has no other choice :'(

@Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!

@xplornet As I am sharing my issue with Xplornet, details about said issue, and frustrations, I get put on hold WITHOUT any warning... WOW... Didn't even let me finish talking or give a warning. Absolutely bonkers!!

@CRTCeng @Xplornet charges me $165 for 150GB and states up to 1 mbps up and up to 23mbps down. I get 0.4 up and 1.6 down. I get 50% up and 14% down which is ridiculous and a rip off. What's your role and btw it is not just me as you are probably aware already. @MaryamMonsef

@koopy @Xplornet We had them as a internet provider then moved 10 min away (still in the country) and got Bell. Never, ever an internet issue, worth every dime. 🙌 You don’t realize how bad a service is until you have a better one to compare it to.

@StephenPunwasi @Bryson_M They give millions to garbage companies like Xplornet who waste 80% of it on putting fliers in mailboxes instead of reliable connectivity
