@shannbil @Xplornet @SpaceXStarlink At my work we have a lot of rural customers on Xplornet and I’ve never heard someone say one good thing about them. Starlink definitely seems the way. Hopefully they can sort out the issues with their satellites being visible in the night sky 👍

@bkives @Xplornet internet and customer service is complete trash. They advertise you'll get a certain speed and then you never get that speed and they don't care when you call them out on it. Awful internet

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet don't worry you will be safely back under your "Up To" Mark within a few days. I am sure they are glad that you pointed out the oversight as they cannot have rumors getting out that they supply "quality" or "service", even on accident.

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

@Xplornet Did he also find interet service? Mine has been deliberately shut down by @Xplornet . They are unwilling to own up to their mistake. @Xplornet is the worst!

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet I’ve been an Xplornet customer for multiple years and I get 50 down. At times and then no Internet at all and other times I’m on the 25 down Xplornet’s network has been oversold for years there’s still the same **** company they’re only fixing it do to STARLINK and other options
