@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@DaveNuss17 U r lucky u got 9. We paid for 10, usually got 5 and service was on/off each day for the past year+. During pandemic when we need to work/study from home, couldn’t spend time at our cottage cuz xplornet sucks. We switched ISP ystdy & internet is faster,cheaper,works nonstop.

@Xplornet Your service is incredibly bad. I call to find out why its slow and you spin in circles for 2 hours. This happens ALL the time. My internet is EXTREMELY slow yet again. Fix it. 😡
