Day 11 & still no internet. The operative word in customer service is service; it's not a promise or logo or a survey. Its a deliverable & @Xplornet hasn't delivered. I'm now xploring 4 a new provider!

  • Fawce14Fawcett Millicent Bystander (@Fawce14Fawcett) reported

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported

@Kotyjo Starlink is life changing. Updates don't take 2 days and destroy your data cap. Xplornet is one of the worst providers out there.

  • theloudlady Catherine Hernandez (@theloudlady) reported

We have to invest in an unlimited mobile hotspot for now while we wait for our Starlink satellite service for later this year. I have tried execulink, vmedia, kwic, storm, xplornet, kos, Rogers, Bell, Teksavvy, Cogeco.

  • ShaunHansford shaun hansford (@ShaunHansford) reported

@Xplornet Any plans on upgrading services in prairie provinces? Speeds are painfully slow at peak times

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet It's far beyond inconvenient. No internet is not intermittent or slow internet. Xplornet employees must all have stock in Starlink. You are making it really easy for them to take over your market.
