Shocker….our phones are down once again. If you call we will have someone contact you from their cell phones. Thanks again @xplornet for the horrible service

@Xplornet I called in twice yesterday, the first lady told me that you did not have service in Clandeboye, MB. The second lady told me you had service but were not accepting new customers in the area.

@Xplornet Yeah I know but your satellite service doesn't offer unlimited download, which is mandatory for my household

@Xplornet while I recognize I live in a rural PEI community I at least expect consistent reliable internet service. Which is not at all what I am getting. I pay for 50Mb speeds and basically NEVER get that speed. What I do get are 1,000MS ping and 10-22Mb. Time to switch to Bell!

@Xplornet So your continued effort to sell crappy service has been extended to others. Profit first .. real internet speeds second.

@theJagmeetSingh It is so bad Canadians don't even realize it. I get taken advantage off and laughed at on a monthly basis living in the North (Iqaluit, Baffin Island) @Bell around 500 for 3 cell phones, no plans available for my needs. @Xplornet around 1K per month through home office. No plans.

Hey @Xplornet should I call Bell who just knocked on my door asking me to switch. Probably would have consistent internet with them. And yes...I did reset my router which seems to be the only tech support suggestions you have.

@Theangryleaf1 @Xplornet We ditched xplornet a couple of weeks ago at our cottage. The past year during the pandemic when we needed to work & study from home, we couldn’t spend much time at the cottage cuz xplornet hardly worked & was too slow. Now we pay less & have a fast reliable isp.

@Xplornet so if you only give us 5% of the service your promise in our contract does that mean I only have to pay 5% off my bill? Or should all your executives be put in prison for fraud and extortion?
