@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet The download speed (5meg) is the min considered high speed. 1. The upload is bad. The minimum is 1-meg, you have 1/2-meg. For deaf people using visual 911 & other things, this doesn't pass. 3 & 4. Latency/Jitter is high, chances are u have dropped packets, normal with satellite.

@Xplornet @FrankReardon1 True customer service wouldn't require phone call. Don't they know of lockdowns, true customer service should be proactive not just reactive. I moved on from Xplornet due to service issues

@OntFarmerNews @Xplornet @Sharon_Grose If we tied bits to each rain drop, collected them in a barrel, somehow extracted those bits from the collected rain, and then put them on a hard drive, it would still be faster than your service.

It looks like @Xplornet took down their speed test sites. I can no longer reach them on my connection, it just times out. I was using them as they'd probably give me the best indication of speed for the tower I'm on. Guess I'll have to rely on external third parties entirely.

@Xplornet Yesterday when we arrived at our cottage, our internet was not working. Spent 90 minutes!!! on hold waiting to talk to a rep. Today a man showed up unexpectedly from Prosat & fixed our internet. We’re happy/surprised as in summer it took a month till u found a repairman
