@Julie_foxy @Xplornet We live in a rural area so our internet provider sucks. I’ve been on the waiting list for Starlink since February.

@wheelerreborn @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet Yeah, had it for a year. First 3 months it was awesome. And then it got to the point where I waa using half of the data I was buying (and of course, Telus didn't say anything) because it was so slow. They'd oversold the tower.

@Xplornet Maybe they should stop taking photos of deer & actually start doing their jobs. Terrible customer service & horrible internet. Incredibly low speed. Dropped calls on every 5 minutes and 13 MB downloads take up to 30 min. Can't wait for StarLink to expand their service and switch.

@Xplornet So the DM's are getting me nowhere. 43 days since I ordered and I still don't even have an install date. Do you guys not want customers? If I had any other option for service I would be taking it at this point.

@CanadianCheri Before you go any further with Xplornet, I suggest you join the Facebook Group “Explornet Rural Internet Enough is Enough” & read about the many problems people are having with them. If you would like more info on my issues, I will share. 2/2

Just got a message from @Xplornet. Second one in the last week. They're doing maintenance between 8am and 10pm tomorrow so don't bother tech support during those times. It's not like vast swathes of the province are WFH and need internet. Can't wait for @SpaceX starlink.

@Zach_Fleisher @Xplornet Absolutely go with Star Link. No question. Heard lots of great reviews. We are stuck with Xplornet. Absolutely horrible speeds. Never near what is quoted. Many out here, including us, will switch the moment Star Link is available.

@terry_seguin looking 👀👀 at other comments here with interest as well. Xplornet drives me nuts with slow speed, but it is slightly faster than dial up
