@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

Hey @Xplornet just wondering if they have tried turning the Odessa, #YGK / Kingston tower off and back on again? Or do you have to order in parts to fix it? I know sometimes these things take time but could you at least update the call centre folks with an update or ETA?

@Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.

@MaureenParent7 @Xplornet Sounds about right. A few months ago @Xplornet did a fix on our tower. Service was great and what we were paying for, for 2 days. Then they notified us of second ‘fix’ and results have been poor again since then. Clearly they can deliver, just won’t.

Our @SpaceXStarlink kit can’t come soon enough. I can’t wait to destroy our @Xplornet dish. Xplornet has been down since December 29 with zero action on the ‘case’ I opened. 43 minute call back time, no call back. I call back and wait 25 minutes. New call back time 52 minutes…
