@TheTobster111 Well I hope this doesn’t do anything to Starlink because it has changed our rural lives for the better. We only had xplornet which is the worst service

  • Juleflower Julia Wilson (@Juleflower) reported

@Xplornet Our internet has been out for 3 weeks now. Dan R drive in Pugwash NS. Still no solution from your company.

  • davidreddekopp David Reddekopp 💉💉💉 (He/Him) (@davidreddekopp) reported

@Xplornet charging a mileage fee to fix the internet connection "because of my location" is a **** move. Isn't satellite internet service for those who have no other option (usually meaning remote!?!?!)

  • NockAndLoose Steve Filer (@NockAndLoose) reported

@IanMcPHE7T2 @Xplornet I had the same thing. @Xplornet's loyalty agent spoke over me several times once I was finally connected. Told me to put in a service call to remove their equipment. I am so glad to be rid of them. Truly a terrible service capitalizing on a lack of competition in rural places

  • TheRealRevJames Platypus of Death 🇨🇦🏒🌮 (@TheRealRevJames) reported

@EamonCyr @Ougrew12 I live in a very rural area that only offered Bell DSL or Xplornet, both are terrible. Starlink became available here, and I signed up, immediately. I haven't regretted for a minute.

  • jaja92628832 Ian Lafferty (@jaja92628832) reported

@BellMediaPR Bell, let's talk. I just switched from bell cellular service to Telus and my satellite from bell to Xplornet. At much cheaper cost btw. There are consequences to treating female broadcaster's like ****!

  • hockeymomnancy NS Knitter 🧶😷 🇨🇦 (@hockeymomnancy) reported

So @Xplornet , I was upsold to move my home service to my cottage, paid each month waiting for a tech to install it, and I'm now being told I'm not entitled to a full refund on those months because I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled. VERY unhappy former customer.

  • Trucker_Ty_ Ty (@Trucker_Ty_) reported

@Xplornet why did I have to find out about a service outage by calling in to tech support? People rely on home internet for work and school. An email alerting customers of this outage would have been the least you could do.

  • randsmarchants Richard (@randsmarchants) reported

@Xplornet is it just me or does it seem to take forever to get a service tech guy.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet Any insight into pensioner having to pay to have your equipment removed because fibe cable came to our area? Including having to go on the roof? Non-recoverable? Yes is! We have been customer for years and still are at our cottage (satellite) This is “loyalty”?
