E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.

@Xplornet Nope. You scammed many Niagara customers when you bought out a local provider but didn’t put any of us on xplornet infrastructure, just left us on existing network your services couldn’t operate on. You charged customers for service you couldn’t and didn’t intend to provide.

@AntibioticDoc Us in a terrible position and potentially exposed us. When hubs asked if he was vaxxed he said "no but I don't socialize". Mmhmm. But he probably goes into every home unmasked?? I was masked and quite upset. Very pregnant with complications. We complained but nothing. @Xplornet

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet
