I'm not sure the "magic" number of times you can call in to troubleshoot their internet not working, but evidently, I reached it. Now I get to have no internet, and no ability to contact them to let them know it's not working.

Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported@mackayhfx Not quite that simple...yet. I've obviously been following them closely as well. Had my name on their list. Got the invite to drop $100 to reserve a spot in line. Ultimately, they're targeting being able to offer service here in 4-10 months. Which puts them in line with Xplornet.

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @MarctMilewski That's right Marc, you should call them, wait on hold forever, and they'll give you detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment. Of course, that fix only lasts for about 90 seconds. Just don't call too often, they will block your number like they did to me.

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@harrbca Xplornet tech moved me back to Vanscoy tower today. Was fine until I got home tonight and went completely offline for 45 minutes. Signal quality is *much* higher on this tower vs. Martensville though. Hopefully it stays like it is right now until my Starlink ships...
