    @Xplornet so you have an outage in Western Quebec. Any idea when it will be resolved?

  • justushickey Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported

    I might record the conversation with @Xplornet when I cancel because I got #Starlink It will likely be the 10,000th time the person on the other end has had the exact same conversation.

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

    @warwalker You should be. Xplornet promises everything and delivers virtually nothing but the monthly bill. Support has been useless. If I had any other choice for internet, I would leave them in a heartbeat. This morning, 1.1 mbps down, with 2.0s loaded latency, 1.5 mbps up.

  • teevmn Tvman (@teevmn) reported

    @kliivam @CoryBMorgan Xplornet was a joke. Terrible speeds but the 2 second lag made it useless when it did work. Starling has low lag because the SATs are so much closer.

  • PSN_BLACKMARKET BLACKMARKET (@PSN_BLACKMARKET) reported

    @elonmusk @engineers_feed Wish I had starlink at my place in Canada. My Xplornet is garbage. The deposit wait time for starlink is killing me and my family slowly.

  • RRMF13 Rob Ferguson (@RRMF13) reported

    @Xplornet So I can sit on hold because you’re “experiencing higher than normal calls” to be told to unplug my power supplies and that the problem is my equipment and I need to buy another router?

  • JenKellandPerry J. Kelland Perry (@JenKellandPerry) reported

    @jnp709 No problems with Xplornet!

  • Aucoining Common Cents 🇨🇦 (@Aucoining) reported

    🖕 @Xplornet So happy I've got @SpaceXStarlink now, 1000X better but nice BS tactic not allowing me to cancel my account because my wife's name is on the account even though I'm authorized to make changes "just not cancel". Waste my time and hers, I hope you go bankrupt.

  • HuronHunter92 Corey M (@HuronHunter92) reported

    @Xplornet why does your service suck all the time?.. internet is down

  • warwalker 🇺🇦 (@warwalker) reported

    Any of my tweeps on LTE Wireless internet? Xplornet is expanding service to our area. I thought it was going to be fibre to home, but turns out it's "4G Fixed Wireless". Website claims 50Mbps down, 10 up is possible. I am dubious. Should I be?
