Congrats on the roll out of the 50 mbps service, now you might want to train your staff! 3 separate phone calls and 3 different answers on if the service is available to me. Sound acceptable to you?

And that’s what we do now daily just to get some sort of usage. It’s a joke. We only have your service because it’s literally the only one available. Most expensive & least reliable
