In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

@Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.
