  • bigbushelsag THE GOD OF AG (@bigbushelsag) reported

@ChristiFriesen @Xplornet They bought out netset. My service stayed the same. Even get free service calls still. Which was a netset thing not an xplornet thing.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet What is their definition of "full speed"? You get the full speed you pay for? Or Our network is full so you'll get the speed you get. I think I know which one.

  • Kilz_Knight Kilz Knight (@Kilz_Knight) reported

@Xplornet Is that why I get 0.04 mbps of upload??? WTF I CAN'T EVEN UPLOAD VIDEOS

  • DabitLina Lina Dabit (@DabitLina) reported

@Xplornet I have. MULTIPLE times. Always the same issue: congestion on the tower. This has been an issue for several years and nothing is done about it. Our internet is unusable most days and nights now. Download speed was .99 Mbps when I called the last time.

  • Kilz_Knight Kilz Knight (@Kilz_Knight) reported

@Xplornet Im so ******* done, my brother had to do a video for an homework and he can't even upload it wtf are you guys doing ???? COME ON 0.04 MBPS OF UPLOAD SINCE 2 DAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

  • IainReid10 Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported

@Xplornet Apparently you want another $100 to upgrade to this service. Seems like a money grab as you cannot provide anywhere close to 50/3 I am supposed to get right now.

  • GCanada420 GrowCanada420 (@GCanada420) reported

@Xplornet Been there done that no help, told tower problems its just ganna be slow till its not slow is what they say.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Pretty bold to post a link of communities that have to deal with spotty internet when xplornet is probably the problem in that equation.

  • jaspernamez jasper (@jaspernamez) reported

@Xplornet f u im trying to do my final project for school and you guys are so unreliable. we have been out of service for 2 hours because of your **** quality control 😐

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Saittech89 @CarttCa @Xplornet As a Starlink customer I can say two things: The initial cost is high at $800. The monthly cost is higher than I was paying to Xplornet. I can also say it works amazingly well and they are very up-front about ongoing issues the network is having and what they are doing to fix.
