Repinerator (@Repinerator) reported@Xplornet I genuinely hope Starlink puts you guys out of business simply for the price vs. internet service. Xplornet’s rates are astronomical. Buyer beware! I pay $250 for 200gb/month. And it’s not reliable. Always rebooting modem. Have new routers. Issues not in my end!!!

Cory Gosnell (@CoryRyanGosnell) reported@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

I've talked to three tech supports and told three different answers. Latency apparently is a problem and someone was suppose to call last week to come out...still waiting...

You better update your service soon with higher speeds, and lower latency. Starlink will put you guys out of business in a second
