@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet @APLenehan Ontario. About 30 west of Kingston along the 401 corridor. Only one other supplier in this region and I can't get a signal from them. Waiting for Starlink. Xplornet is brutal and the biggest single pain in my life.

@CanadianPM @JustinTrudeau almost 2021 and we don't have internet service in Frankford, ON. Xplornet monopoly here and if they shut down the service without notification we are staying without internet. Who can help?

@Xplornet Are you having any technical issues in the Bradford area of Ontario? My service had been pretty good up until yesterday now really slow.

@quinner9 @Xplornet The only issue Xplornet has is how to do as little as possible and still collect the fees. I would buy Internet from literally Hitler at this point to get away from them.

Just spent TWO and HALF HOURS, that's right 150 minutes on the phone trying to fix internet for elderly neighbour. @Bell sucks. Transferred 7 times, intermittently on hold 35 times, just to reboot an internet box. AND I thought Xplornet sucks. @Bell has them beat hands down.

@Xplornet I did with no resolution. Will be changing to another ISP. Your technical support sucks! #fail

@XplornetES @Xplornet I'm honestly shocked you replied, given my tumultuous anti-Xplornet post history. I really just want what I'm paying for, and so far that hasn't been the case at all with your residential service. I might be interested in one of those agreements if the service holds up.

@Xplornet No internet service whole day. If you guys planning to maintinance work that long, why not informing your customers earlier? We are not your slaves we are paying for the service. Please attention to our words.

@Xplornet Was told by your not-technical support (an infant could be taught to say what they say) my internet speed, which had been between 30-50 Mbps, dropping to 2-5 Mbps was "within acceptable levels for my plan". A mostly happy customer for 4 years lost. #useless #fail #scam
