@Xplornet I know that my tower is getting upgraded and I’m more than happy with the people just doing their job by phoning me because they’re not the cause of my service being slow yes you’re upgrading and building more towers and you’re fixing your service but you deliberately

@miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

@Gympanzee28 The speeds are good MOST of the time, today was frustrating. Was down/up for a good portion between 9 and 10, but isn't the norm. Latency can be an issue for days of a lot of meetings. Lots of drops for 20 secs or pixilation. More stable 24/7 than xplornet, but latency...

@DawsonLamoureux @CheSarahSera I was thinking the same. Xplornet hasn’t been great lately but I’m also not a big Bell fan. Tough choice for sure. However, since there isn’t any customer loyalty benefits with any corp anymore, it wouldn’t hurt to switch to Bell because you can always go back.

@tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.

@Xplornet is it going to be as unreliable as the crap service i am with right now. yes im with you and it goes out numerous times a week everyweek. i have had this service for a month and im already thinking of switching providers
