-
Sean Totally Fungible (@DarkElfLX) reported@bluestockingetc @EricMPaq @Xplornet of course: "Service charges may apply...." but it's probably cheaper than the $500 replacement fee.
-
Tanya Dash (@TanyaMMDash) reported@Xplornet The internet has been down for way over 12 hrs! When I called no one would say why or give an eta on when it will be back up! 😡 #internetdown
-

Michaela Tokarski (@creeksidecomms) reported@Xplornet I can't believe that you won't let me cancel without going through to your loyalty department with a 30 minutes... Completely unacceptable service. According to CRTC Internet Code section G section 3 all I need to do is inform you that I would like to cancel.
-
Sean Totally Fungible (@DarkElfLX) reported@EricMPaq @bluestockingetc @Xplornet and I bet they charge if you damage it during removal too, just to add more fees. Scummy
-
DanaA (@lifewith3boyz) reported@Xplornet We call weekly! Your internet sucks!
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedSo Starlink raised their price $11 a month. Let me be clear... There is almost no price that is too high for this service compared to every other available option. It's still cheaper now than the 10mbps 200GB capped LTE Sasktel service. And unlike Xplornet it actually works.
-
Doug McGregor (@DOUG_MCGR) reported@Xplornet At the risk of pointing out the obvious ... your reply is 2 days later. The unobvious is that with no outbound communication I had to experiment (trial & error) to discover when the service came back (I.e. it did not come back on it's own.)
-
Swizzle, The Fringe Pleb. (@mswizzle26) reported@Xplornet You charge a rental fee for your equipment, then when service is canceled, you don't want it back. Greasy.
