14 hours and counting for this current @Xplornet outage. It bears repeating that they told me it's working fine based on how much data I use. Just rebooted the equipment again, let's see if it decided to reconnect now...

@Xplornet @TKC_1233 @xplornet, STOP THE LIES. You are not 'sorry'; if you were, you would fix the problem. You will not fix his issues by 'troubleshooting'. You will ask him to unplug/replug, tell him he was connected to the wrong panel, and then open your throttling for a few hours before reverting

Words cannot express how much it hurts me that @WaveDirect1 couldn’t get a quality signal at house. I was that close to being rid of @Xplornet and their **** service forever. #xplornetsucks.

Xplornet is honestly the worst internet company in existence. I JUST paid to have my internet upgraded and low and behold - it’s cutting out and slow as **** today :) 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

@Xplornet Would you mind maybe doing some maintenance and upgrades to the Vanscoy tower? It’s been working poorly for about 2 months now. Getting tired of the daily issues.

@iOne_bear @Xplornet This also help to upload them using my @Xplornet connection, since it tops out at like 2mbps. Instead of taking two days it takes four hours. They're such a great ISP, I don't know why I complain so much.

@Xplornet Called tech support and got the old, “Unplug your router...Oh that didn’t work? Then pay $120 for a service call, or add an extra $7.50 a month to you bill for the extended warranty, and then we’ll come fix the **** equipment we installed.”
