  @Xplornet Today was our 7th installation appointment we had booked, with no communication & no one showed up. We have now had 3 no shows, 2 where people have showed up (without equipment), and 2 where no one even contacted us to cancel. Embarrassing beyond belief.

  Thanks to @Xplornet wrongfully stealing money from my account I now have nothing for food and certainly nothing to go towards the heater I need. It looks like I get to spend the holidays hungry and cold and they won't even help and just give me bullshit whenever I contact them.

  Had @Xplornet for 3 days and it's only been working for 1 of those 3, on top of that the technician won't be able to come and fix it till the 20th. 😡😡
