    @xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

    @Xplornet Dear @Xplornet, I took your advice.spent last 60+ minutes on phone-trouble shoot with 3 people I can’t undrstnd.the service is now 0.07. So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

    @Xplornet Ok the one thing i do want to add.. is that xplornet has really good security and pretty much is the safest service to go with. i just want to say that Very good 👍

    @Xplornet I waited 35 minutes on the line then I choose the callback service and when you call, you hang up after one ring… can I just get more than 1 mbps when I pay for 50!!!

    @Xplornet Used to get around 50 Mbps in central Ontario and worked very well ! Not sure why some have issues ? I’m with Starlink now so 250 is normal.

    @RevelstokeSign @Xplornet We are new to xplornet & it’s awful!!! We signed up for starlink & waiting to hear from them. You find starlink much better?

    @xplornet should change their company name to @cantxplorthenet because your freaking internet is always down. But wait @xplornet can give us faster internet. Well the speed is ok if the god darn thing is working #frustratedcustomer #ruralinternet

    @maritimemaggie Same in MB. We'd been with MTS since we married in 1983. When they became Bell MTS prices rose, service declined. Cancelled our mobility, internet, land line and satellite. Now with Telus and Xplornet. Better service, half the cost.
