@Xplornet Will literally give you 80 Kbps for a download sometimes when your oversold towers are congested you said weather doesn’t affect your service and will it minorly affects your fixed wireless service to say this about your satellite services it’s just absurd

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected
