@m3t4lw01f Maybe they are fleeing the areas that @Xplornet provides internet service.

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island

Our new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island

@kbcmc @Xplornet Well if ya had some decent internet to feed into your router, the problem might be solved.

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island

@DerekMacEwen @kbcmc @Bell_Aliant @Xplornet @WickedEH @redsandspei @Eastlink The logic being they could rent pole space to run fiber lines. After two years with no visible action, I asked @Bell_Aliant if they had plans to extend service to my area. I was told by a @Bell_Aliant manager that Lot 16 area wasn't worth their time to offer Fibre in Belmont.

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island

@mudlanegoldens @kbcmc @DerekMacEwen @Xplornet @XplornetSupport @APLenehan @Bell_Aliant and @Xplornet are the two worst possible options we could pick. Too bad @PEIGuardian didn't do a story on how dissatisfied we are at having only these to pick from.

  • dmclean82 Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported

@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

  • dmclean82 Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported

@xplore_ca Hey thats great you have time to tweet about this stuff. Your customers would like their services to work. Filed a ccts complaint this afternoon.

  • julzlajulzjulz - Julz - (@julzlajulzjulz) reported

Oh for ****'s sake #Xplornet are you doing this bullshit on purpose???!!!!!

  • tecnogreen Oscar Diaz (@tecnogreen) reported

@xplore_ca, when will you guys restore the Internet service in Standoff? No service for almost 24 hours? I called support and left 3 VM, and no update so far.

  • DanWiebeFree Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported

@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.

  • DaveNuss17 🇨🇦Dave Nussbaumer (@DaveNuss17) reported from Yorkton, Saskatchewan

@OrenCairns Best thing I did 2 years ago….and I had the business package from Xplornet….and they had zero service skills!

  • RyanMor83438655 Ryan Morey (@RyanMor83438655) reported

@xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?

  • HydraulicDesign James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported

@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

  • gill_tv Trevor Gill (@gill_tv) reported

@xplore_ca internet down again. Why do we not see outages on your twitter? Where do we look for these?

  • Right_Central Right Central Views (@Right_Central) reported

@xplore_ca It's overly expensive for no reason. The recent upgrade I got is a lot more stable but there are times it is absolute dog **** for the 100+ dollars I pay a month for 50mbs. Waiting for Fibre to come down my road.
