Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@DerekMacEwen @kbcmc @Bell_Aliant @Xplornet @WickedEH @redsandspei @Eastlink The logic being they could rent pole space to run fiber lines. After two years with no visible action, I asked @Bell_Aliant if they had plans to extend service to my area. I was told by a @Bell_Aliant manager that Lot 16 area wasn't worth their time to offer Fibre in Belmont.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet I feel especially bad for you since Silo (by all accounts) was decent, and overnight it went to ****. I moved from the city where I had 175mbps fibre. Knew what I was getting in to. Knew it would be bad. Was fully prepared for it... It sucks, but at least I planned for it.

Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported@Xplornet @Ryan13051531 You're getting an increased number of calls because your service is terrible. Your troubleshooting is useless. Stop the fake apologies and start providing the service you sell.
