Can somebody PLEASE offer a viable alternative to @Xplornet in rural NB? Barely a cloud in the sky, no wind, but still can’t get a signal. Some of us need the internet to earn a living, and 0.23Mbps isn’t doing the job.

@1969Commando @MrStache9 Yea sadly I have XplorNet which loses satellite signal if a seagull farts in the distance.

  • ByronDarlison Byron Darlison (@ByronDarlison) reported

@Xplornet after years of mediocre service at best I have now installed @Starlink and am having speeds that are 10 times better for basically the same cost. Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

I wonder if we should ask how Xplornet (Xplore?) is doing in Atlantic Canada? I see absolutely nothing from them. Maybe people just can't connect? But, heh, is it worth even wondering about? That service goes down with snowflakes. #CRTC

Hey @Xplornet keeping someone on hold for over 1 hour 21minutes is the one of the many reasons you suck so badly. Israeli cancel our damn account already. You’re holding customers hostage

  • divinebovine1 divine bovine (@divinebovine1) reported

Our Xplornet is almost 1/10 the speed of dialup tonight. Fix your **** or prepare an exit strategy.
