@CousineauAlbert @Xplornet So I’ve found. Every service call it’s different reason for the poor service but they know we are over a barrel in our area. They literally don’t care as we have no other choice.

  • Nep03034037 Nep (@Nep03034037) reported

@Xplornet wait its not?? Its working fine on your end??? Wow odd cuz sure as **** isn't for me

Oh my goodness xplornet Sucks A$$ today. Frigging crappy service. Come on Starlink..

  • EJGames4 Necrow (@EJGames4) reported

@Xplornet Just to mention the service guy that came out here used the same speed test, and the installer used it too. We got a new wifi modem and it still was trash.

  • JKosuth Jesse Kosuth (@JKosuth) reported

@Xplornet Until current customers actually get the guaranteed speeds they are paying MORE for and not receiving, I can’t recommend Xplornet. Many calls and have technicians out did not help.

  • FieldTalk James Ferrier (@FieldTalk) reported

Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

  • pingupissparty Hammer (@pingupissparty) reported

as I make the jump to starlink whenever they ship me the ******* **** I need, I'd like to remember all the good memories I've had with @xplornet 1. being completely unable to play any sort of game at all online with my friends that isn't turnbased

  • DinaJon60818043 Dina Jones (@DinaJon60818043) reported

xplornet customers , I have satellite and had no service on 27th and today May 1 really bad. Integrated solution guy never showed or called, some ticked. I just upgraded too. Area< I hr north of Edmonton 40 min. east of Westlock .

  • mrcraigbeckett Craig Beckett (@mrcraigbeckett) reported

@ThompsHeather We are lucky to have two services (even though the cost is more than what we pay to heat our house). Bell rural wireless home internet and xplornet. We moved to Bell as xplornet throttled their service at peak times.
