Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

After several hours of bad internet I spent 30 min on hold with Xplornet support only to be told a new “congestion problem” at our local tower was identified today. Estimated time for repair? Could be up to one month he says 🤯🤯🤯

@tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.
