Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.
-
Garth Twitchell (@GarthTwitchell) reportedTonight reminds me of how poor our internet is in northern @TownOfMiltonON with no prospect of it getting better anytime soon. Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedFibre optic internet will be available to me very soon. The lines are in. The problem? Bell. I don't want to deal with Bell. Xplornet - now called @xplore - has been our only reliable option for rural high speed for almost 10 years. Until now...
-
Josh Boileau (@BoileauJosh) reportedWhen the services you provide suck so much, you rename yourself to confuse customers into buying the same garbage. @xplore_ca formerly @xplornet.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedDoes anyone know if Xplore Mobile has improved from the Xplornet days or are they still a criminal enterprise that lies about everything? I'd tag them but one account is protected and the other has me blocked. I presume because they got tired of me calling them on their ****.
-
Sagittarius (@Regretful_Livin) reported@xplore_ca No service for over six hours and can't even get a hold of a support agent or anything. You're luckyI don't have any other option in this area. I would switch in a heartbeat
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedWe've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?
-
Brandon Murphy (@brandonmurph10) reported@xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam

☘️Seán Caomhánach ☘️ (@kavs86) reported@voiceshapes I use Xplornet because Bell up here is slower than dial up. Still use the modem that came with it and have no issues

BJMMURPHY 🇨🇦 (@BJMMURPHY1) reportedRural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?
