AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 IM watching my signal go from 16-17 -15 SINR AND THIS IS ACCEPTABLE what..... my internet stutters and lags when it hits that low. Hands down worst service.

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

J✨ (@i_like_soup_) reportedHey Xplornet!! A customer not having internet for 6 days is not acceptable in case you were wondering!!! I put up with having 2 Mbps speeds when I pay for 50 Mbps (at a price that should get me gigabit speeds) but this is ridiculous!!!

Andrea Galante (@AndreaGal67) reported@altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.

Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reportedHaving Videotron expand to Manitoba covers up for the government's failure in the Bell/MTS deal to maintain a fourth wireless provider in that province. Bell sold some MTS customers and spectrum to Xplornet, but Xplornet Mobile shut down last year.
