@KT_Koop @Xplornet This!!!! Craig purchased one of the packages from Elon Musk because we were offered it. Not sure when it will arrive but hopefully it's better. He works from home (all the time not just during Covid) and it's been awful

Day 1 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

@Real_McMunchie @Xplornet Eventually, they will block your phone number like they did to me to prevent you from calling to "troubleshoot" their issue. I can't call them at all anymore...

Dear @Xplornet I would like to say thank you for having my service work very well.......that is until my CRTC complaint was closed. Now, streaming has become laggy again and live Twitch streams are impossible to watch. I gave you a chance to fix this but obviously you do not...

@Xplornet @Robinongaliano Unless they block your phone number, Robin. I'm not sure the "magic" number of times you can call in to troubleshoot their internet not working, but evidently, I reached it. Now I get to have no internet, and no ability to contact them to let them know it's not working.

@Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet

Sorry for no stream today. Extremely frustrating. The fact that it's the 21st century and there are places in Canada that don't have high speed internet is abysmal. And that the local companies won't do **** about it. I'm looking at you @Xplornet @LakelandNetwork @townhuntsville
