-
Tim Mac (@TimMac1173045) reported@xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.
-
Ryan Morey (@RyanMor83438655) reported@xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?
-
Mike Gazzola (@The_RealestReal) reported@xplore_ca Not enough towers, prices that are legitimately out of this world for the service offered. There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now
-
Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.
-
Karen Favaro (@FavaroKaren) reported@cogecohelps omg….the worst internet service ever. Xplornet was better at half the price
-
Onkwehonwe Organics (@OnkwehonweHerbs) reported@xplore_ca Been dealing with an issue since November. I had 3 routers & 3 accounts. Went down to 2 accounts w new equipment. Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Mikofox 🍁 (It's for your Safety! 🤮) (@mikofox) reported@xplore_ca @XploreBusiness @APLenehan Final Report: After 17 years with a #xplornet satellite dish, we cancelled our service yesterday [to billing month end] and were cut off last night, a day short of what I stated. Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
-
Darren (@xraydares) reported@pcroft @xplore_ca That sucks
-
Lucas Bourque (@Lucas_Bourque_) reportedWhere I live we surprisingly don’t have Bell Fibre. Our only options were Eastlink, Xplornet, or Starlink. Eastlink’s lines in our area were very congested and the service was often slow and spotty, so we decided to try Starlink.

Keith Murray (@keithwawanesa) reported@Mullin_95 I always had great service from Netset, until they sold out to Xplorenet. Xplornet is the best advertising for Rfnow! @RFNOW_Inc RFnow has the same good service as the old Netset.
