All In (@apclaus) reported@xplore_ca Hands down, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With other options unavailable, I had to put up with paying for 25 MB/S service but only receiving 3 MB/S and almost no upload speed. I wasted hours on the phone with them…they don’t care. 💸💸

I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.
