JWG (@buddydog09) reported@Xplornet Even their signage refers to the mythical "up to" 50 Mbps. I have NEVER, and I mean now once had a speed test over 5 Mbps, and I pay for 25 MBps. Maybe I should only pay "up to" the amount you charge. I know you will respond with your usual "contact us" crap but wont change.

Show some concern for you customers!

They're one of the tens of thousands who are supposed to be getting improved rural internet services in @MunColchester and Cumberland, NS. Maybe use your platform to demonstrate the strides your company is taking to offer improved service.

Foxboro PS (@FoxboroP) reportedParents we just received word from a parent that they received notice that Xplornet will be down tomorrow from 8am-10pm for upgrades/maintenance. We trust students will attempt to get on but if they are not able to in the morning then classes will try to reconvene at 12:00 pm....
