@KimSytsma @TobyBarrettHN yes you have to. IN the morning xplornet works okay, after dinner it's awful.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@harrbca The last time we spoke to Xplornet they said there's an ongoing investigation for issues with that tower, Blackstrap and two others. My wife asked if they were just talking about thinking about fixing it or actually working to fix it...

  • RuralOntWoman Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported

My rural internet, Xplornet is so ******* bad there is no way I can attend the CPC convention. Over $100 a month and they keep overloading the towers. I can't even load a picture this evening. #Rural #internet @TobyBarrettHN

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Taking my Xplornet modem off my roof would be good spring cleaning. Too bad I need to rely on your garbage service just a little longer.

  • sdj1970 Chaos (@sdj1970) reported

Today is the day we rid ourselves of @Xplornet after 10 years of great customer service on a garbage product. Caught up in this mess is @ShawDirect who was also cancelled because of far better bundling services. Thank you for the dozens of holes in my roof & brick walls.

  • plrsTweet Pamela Ross (@plrsTweet) reported

@MulliganCBC listening to city people complain about internet speed is interesting. Don't move to anyplace in NB that only has rural Xplornet service, because it's expensive, slow, and unreliable.

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @multiplesourc13 @Xplornet Have there been any studies done that give guidance to what affordable rates are for rural wireless service? Are providers like Xplornet pricing themselves to low to provide adequate service and that is resulting in dissatisfied customers looking for alternatives such as Starlink

  • ldeichel Leonard Eichel (@ldeichel) reported

@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.

  • TKC_1233 Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported

@Xplornet 3rd time in 5 days my net has gone down. There should be a law that says you have to take at least $1 off a bill for every hour your service is down. #xplornetsucks

  • PeeverShawn The Lego Batman (@PeeverShawn) reported

@NiagarathisWeek Xplornet is horrible. We have it at work and we are constantly down. Not reliable at all. Seek other options, its 2021.
