TracyRimmer (@TracyRimmer) reported@Xplornet Sure you do — after I wait on hold for half an hour, to be told to “unplug it and plug it back in again” — tried that. Didn’t work. The problem is at YOUR end, and I think we BOTH know what it is — your company claims to not oversell your capacity, but that is what is happening.

Told there is issues with the modem that I rent from Nexicom & that I have to pay more money for a tech to look at THEIR shitty equípement. & xplornet is my only option bc they eat up the rural internet companies.

Can't your business just get their act together?
