Looking for rural internet? Stay clear of @Xplornet. Home officed, internet kept dropping, they refused to send another tech out after the 1st guy who came out did nothing. Now they are charging us $10/month for the remainder of contract for a service they can't provide.#xplornet

@Xplornet Worst internet service EVER. Wow. 0.37 Mbps all evening. Rural Ontario is getting a very raw deal from you.

@erdocmom @TELUS This is great to hear! Our bandwidth with Xplornet is so bad we added a Telus Hub (yes we pay for 2 internet providers), and still have some issues.

It’s hard to believe when your @Xplornet internet goes down it’ll take 17 days to get a technician out but you can get a new install from the competition in 4 days. #servicefail

Best or Worst part is, in the last year a company called metroloop ran fibre at the end of the road after 5 years of Bell saying THEY would. BUT.. xplornet bought out metroloop.. BUT, they ARE offering 300 mbs unlimited fibre for $60/month compared to starlinks 100 mbs?? for $150

@David_Moscrop Very familiar. We had municipal-owned internet that was sold to Xplornet, and they promptly shut it down and left our community with nothing.

@Xplornet 24 hours later and let me guess…still diligently trying to restore service in Greater Napanee? That cut and paste response needs to be updated. Terrible.

@Xplornet Aside from the outages, the service has been total crap from the start, yet, the tech is theorhetically good. Save your money and wait for Starlink
