@Xplornet That the same reason you tell your customers when they aren't getting the speeds they pay for? "Our packets have flown south for the winter, your speed should increase by summer time." Explornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet. #CancelExplornet

Seems XPLORNET's support site "MYEXPLORNET" has gone MIA. Each morning I check daily usage (75 G/month limit). All day yesterday and so far today, my attempts to log on are met with "This site can’t be reached The connection was reset." Wondering if anybody else has same issue?

@Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet

@Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.
