Rant - I'm so tired of paying DOUBLE the internet rate for unreliable and slow internet with @Xplornet than just 15min up the road where they have fibre optic. I'm not that rural! 🤬 10+ year customer just keep getting the run around, I just can't be bothered calling anymore.

  • lauren_blogger1 My So-Called Perspective (@lauren_blogger1) reported

Because we have useless @Xplornet wifi, my son has to use his and our phone data. One day of school online used TWO GIGS of data. A day. Is this something the govt is going to compensate for as well?? We’ve blown through data for months. **** you @fordnation

  • GreenDLawn GreenDLawn (@GreenDLawn) reported

@Xplornet internet down for a while now... Maybe @elonmusk will save us xplornet users from this lackluster service...

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@Xplornet And here I am with your **** service costing me another grand in lost productivity because it can't up load faster than canada post! Seriously 14 hours for a half Gig file this is not acceptable @SucksXplornet

First day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.

@Xplornet @kenjohn91388485 @Xplornet These boilerplate generic responses are as insulting as is your costly internet service unusable. When will LTE service be available for Evergreen Road in Indian River PE? (C0B1M0). You have long been testing nearby towers. Please do not refer me to phone lines or a DM.

  • MIchelleP8844 DingDongTheRatIsDead (@MIchelleP8844) reported

@xplornet has now sent 3 emails rescheduling a service visit I called about a week ago. I never even got a call scheduling a first visit. Customer support would be a complete joke if I wasn't paying so much for this ****.

Ended up signing up for xplornet. Jesus christ. We've never paid this much for internet. I guess that's the price of living in the middle of nowhere 🥲

@Xplornet Too bad your customer service sucks. 3 weeks of waiting for you to show up and nada. Be better.

@Xplornet I’m in south Frontenac , Wi-Fi sucks! I think it’s time Xplornet starts paying my data overages if they can’t keep the Wi-Fi streaming! Seriously it’s ridiculous
