Trying to cancel @xplornet service, which has never worked. They insisted I phone, not write. As soon as I said I wished to cancel for non-performance, they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. @xplornetretweet

If you live in Canada and are moving and there's only one choice for a wifi provider called Xplornet don't get it. I've had it for a year and they promise good service (which is a ******* lie) DO NOT GET IT. It is very slow and if there is more than one thing on it goes ******.

@Xplornet @lammy9661 You seem to love to review accounts. My service has been out - completely - for over 4 weeks now and I can't get any updates other than the same "we are investigating" that I heard day one.

On Day 7 by some quirk, internet worked but gone again this morning of Day 8. Warning re @Xplornet Their sales pitch of good service is a lie! 13 days 4 a service call is unacceptable.
