@Xplornet any update on WIFI services near Tignish PE? i haven’t been able to work from home all day (lost a day of work), or submit school assignments (2 due at 2pm today) … and it’s still not working, worried I won’t be able to work again tomorrow.

  • justushickey Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported from Brockton, Ontario

Still unable to cancel @Xplornet 's "service". Couple months now. They will email me telling me to call them, and spam my voicemail with digital messages telling me to call. When you call these pricks, you are put on hold until you give up. Zero customer service whatsoever.

  • Sheehan24J Jade (@Sheehan24J) reported

@Xplornet wondering why my parents still pay for wifi that DOESNT WORK EVER :)

  • berkypigs2008 Alan Irving (@berkypigs2008) reported

@Xplornet We have been told by your customer service people that we will not have an appointment until June 2nd. It sucks because we use the wifi for Buisness purposes and staff are not able to do their work. But we still have to pay them. I will forward our details later.

  • ShawnSabine1 Shawn Sabine (@ShawnSabine1) reported

@Xplornet @XploreMobile I've had Xplornet for 3 years and never once defaulted on a payment. I explained my situation to them now and that I am waiting on a tax return and I had to get a couple of months behind on the Xplornet payments. They sent me a message they're cutting me off. Hello Starlink! Bye!

  • Holeinoneboy Parenthesis Brackets III (@Holeinoneboy) reported

Now going into day 4 without internet. No ETA on fix. Apologies for the inconvenience just don’t cut it. Worst company on the planet @Xplornet

  • alyarascavitch Amanda Yarascavitch (@alyarascavitch) reported

@Xplornet I wish you had a customer outage map somewhat like hydro so we knew what was going on with our internet.

  • TheBoredRoamer Mister Bored (@TheBoredRoamer) reported

Oh suprising news, @Xplornet not working again. Xplornet is the Delorean DMC-12 of internet providers.

  • BrentHCameron Brent H. Cameron 🇨🇦🇦🇺🇳🇿🇬🇧🇸🇬🇺🇦 (@BrentHCameron) reported

@Xplornet - I appreciate all the warm and fuzzy tweets about photo contests & film festivals, but probably 1000s of your clients aren't even getting the usual 0.05 MB you deliver. Maybe acknowledge there's an issue on your account to give us the impression that you care?
